Welcome to Endorphasmic, where we talk about all things endorphasm. I am your hostess, Erica Porter. I will keep this short and sweet and to the point. What happens in a workout class can be a metaphor for life. The movement itself can represent a space for relief from the chaos of whatever your daily life is. Fitness truly is a mirror reflecting our inner selves. I believe that how a person approaches their workout, including their arrival, focus and application of lessons, reveals much about their character and provides insights for transformation. Movement is not for judgment. You just have to breathe and let go.

Whatever form of movement you choose becomes a practice and a powerful tool that can change your life and unveil parts of yourself you may never have been aware of. What we experience and do, or don't do, during a workout is a direct reflection of how we think about and engage with life. It's so much more than just a platform for calisthenics. More than just a platform for calisthenics, it is life practice. It can become a place of safe refuge, a sacred place, a venue for self-expression and even a metaphor for your life, and it can lead you to transformation and self-realization Throughout your practice.

No matter what it is the movement that you choose, it acts as a mirror reflecting your state of being at that very moment. In just that moment, Movement and transitions are energetic representations of us during our practice. If you find yourself getting frustrated with something or angry, think about why we only get one life to live, so make it count. Life's too short to worry about what others think of you. Just be you, because you are a beautiful and unique individual, and think about your practice, Think about movement and think about when you're challenged, how do you react, Because that is typically a direct reflection of how we respond to whatever challenges we face out there in the real world. So use that 30 minutes, that hour, however long you are choosing to move, use that as a tool to understand yourself a little bit better, understand how you react to things a little bit better and understand yourself just a little bit better Love, health and happiness and always much respect.
