Speaker 1:

Welcome to Endorphasmic, where we talk about all things endorphasm. I am your hostess, erica Porter. I want to talk about the real meaning of success. So welcome to today's episode of Endorphasmic, where we're diving into a truth that can change your life. I think so anyway.

Speaker 1:

Success isn't about appearances. It's not the house on the hill, the luxury car or the picture-perfect social media reel Certainly not that. It's not a checklist of expectations society says you need to meet. Success is how your life feels. I keep talking about the endorphasm mindset. It is a feeling. Success is how your life feels, not to others, but to you, but to you.

Speaker 1:

True success is found in the quiet, unshakable knowing that you are aligned with your deepest self. But here's the thing living a life that feels deeply right doesn't come without cost. It's going to ask a lot of you. It's going to demand courage, self-reflection and, most importantly, the willingness to let go of everything you thought you needed to become. Listen to that again. It is going to demand courage, self-reflection and, most importantly, the willingness to let go of everything you thought you needed to become. Just sit there with that for a second, living this life, this life with real meaning. It will demand that you release expectations, not just those imposed by the world around you I am like here, talking with my hands, because I feel very strongly about this so not just those imposed by the world around you, but the ones that you've placed on yourself.

Speaker 1:

It is going to nudge you to step beyond the boundaries of comfort, to risk, to stretch, to reach beyond what you thought was possible. Vulnerability will be your guide. It will strip away the layers of pretense that you've built to protect yourself, exposing your truest, most authentic self between fear and purpose, choices that push you to the edge of your comfort zone and then just a little further than that, because the truth is, what's hardest is often what's most necessary. And this path will also call on your integrity, not as a passive value, but as an active force. Integrity will demand that you confront the wounds that you've hidden, that you sit with your pain not as a burden but as a teacher. You'll learn to transform that pain into wisdom, to turn fear into clarity and loss into strength, and through that you'll uncover something extraordinary, the wholeness that was always within you.

Speaker 1:

And one day you'll realize success isn't some far off destination. It's not waiting for you at the end of the road. Success is in the way you carry yourself Every step of the way. It's how you find grace in the mess. It's how you make peace with imperfection and how you see the beauty in the ordinary moments.

Speaker 1:

The path to fulfillment isn't paved with milestones. It's built from the small, deliberate actions you take every single day. It's honoring what you already have and making the most of it and letting that carry you toward the life you were meant to live. And here's the powerful truth. You can have everything on the surface and still feel empty inside, because no amount of stuff will ever fill the space that is meant for love, for purpose and for peace. And the things that truly matter are going to require you to risk. They'll demand honesty, vulnerability and the courage to face what scares you most.

Speaker 1:

But here's the beauty of all of it this process, the stripping down, the starting over. It's designed to humble you, to shape you and to rebuild you stronger. With every step, you'll craft a life that is uniquely yours, a life where your soul feels vibrant and alive. It is that endorphasm, it is the power of the feeling. The feeling of the power. It is truly what transcends all physical pursuits. It is a life that finally feels like home. So today I want you to ask yourself, I want you to ask what does success feel like for you? Not what it looks like to the world, but what it feels like in your heart, because that right there, that is where the true journey begins. So, with that love, health and happiness and always much respect.
